We meet the first Tuesday of every month during the season to discuss club rides, events, financial status, grooming efforts, club parties, land management and other club related items. There will be an agenda for each meeting and we try to keep the meeting to one hour.
The October meeting will be held at the Dusty Boot in Eagle. We decided to meet in Eagle to get some of the down valley members to show up to the meeting. If people show up for this meeting we hope to alternate between Eagle and Minturn each month for our meetings. Food and drinks are available through the Dusty Boot restaurant.
